How do I get a gf as a 21 y/o who has very little sexual experience?

I am a 3rd year college student and I've never fallen in love. I've only had 2 girlfriends and one of them was online and the other one lasted for about a month. I had sex a couple of times when I was 14 with a girl that was my neighbor at the time. I haven't had sex ever since I was 14 and I can pretty much count all the girls I've kissed.

My point is I'm too inexperienced for my age and it shows. I've had multiple talking stages fail over the past 2 years of college because the girls I talk to get turned off by my lack of experience. Earlier this year I had somewhat of a better talking stage I even brought the girl to my room and we kissed... It seemed like she was interested in me until we kissed, I think I'm a bad kisser because of my lack of experience...

My social life has taken a hit from this thing too cause I'm the only one in my friend group who has never had a gf in college , and everyone I know is convinced that I'm a virgin and it's really embarrassing...

Now I'm scared to even approach girls because I fear that my lack of experience will lead to my rejection. My question is, do you guys think that I should be upfront about my lack of experience with a girl who I'm talking to and risk being embarrassed or if I should try to fake it till I make it?
