New pool wall repair after rain damage
We’re in the process of building a concrete pool. During the concrete pour, a section of the pool wall was damaged due to unexpected heavy rain.
The pool builder came back and repaired it by building a form in front of the damage, pouring in a slurry concrete (bag says Hi Strength Concrete AS3648) to fill the voids, and said he will apply waterproofing paint over it later.
He assured us that this repair is sufficient and won’t cause issues.
Does this sound like a proper and durable fix? Should we be concerned?
