Oil Cooler Lines

1985 300SD - 286k miles.

I originally thought that my line was ok-ish and just got unclamped. So I clamped it back on and it shot back off while i was test running...
Bye bye 2 gallons of oil.

Fair warning to anyone out there with these cars... If you dont see hard line up a CRIMPED hose that goes into your oil cooler... its not stock! These hoses need serious pressure capability.

It would seem Kent Bergsma and Impalaman have decent videos on youtube for this exact issue.

Im posting to see if its worth just replacing my lower line (which was clearly cut and clamped with pressure hose.) or if I should bite the bullet and try to replace both.
