acer neo 16s rtx 5070 ti battery

hi guys, i have a acer predator neo 16s rtx 5070 ti oled, 240hz and my battery goes like crazyyyyyyyyy

like 40 minutes and its gone! i believe the reason is the 240hz but its the only option i have! anyone have a idea how to enable 60hz, so i can use 60hz for series and anime and when i want to game i do 240 while charging
