Stressed about a possible rate increase, just had some C&P

I currently have a 0% rating. I've had it for a very long time. I tried to increase it a few years ago, with no new evidence, and I failed. I had no idea what I was doing.

Now I'm trying again but with lots of evidence. I fractured my leg while in, which slowly caused me to have calf and hip problems, then eventually my back, according to my doctor and another physician. So I submitted over 30 documents for that, depression, and sleep apnea. I submitted medical documents expressing how it's all contracted and some X-rays. If not for my doctor explaining how I ended up with my back issue, I wouldn't have thought to try again.

I just had my physical, mental, and sleep apnea appointments a few days ago. What's the average wait time to find out anything? I'm stressing myself over this.
