[TOMT] Plz help me find a cartoon character!

I was at a basketball game last night n one of the coaches looked so similar to a cartoon character I was thinking of but I can not for the life of me figure out the name of the character n what show he’s from 😖 I asked Google, Pinterest n ChatGPT but still NOTHING so I thought I’d give Reddit a go! Nothing is 100% accurate, this is just how I remember the character:

• Asian OR white with dark features
• Black hair that I thiiiink either had a swirl or was slicked upwards into a faux hawk?
• (idk if I’m just losing the plot) but I could’ve sworn he wore a plaid vest or something similar
• Definitely from a Western cartoon, nothing Anime
• The animation style of the cartoon was something similar to Jimmy Neutron mixed with Polar Express? Like more realistic than Jimmy Neutron but still cartoony
• Probably from a mid 2000’s cartoon or later
• again, I could be delusional but I swear pics of him have been used as memes

Sorry for the broad description, it’s so hard to try remember him in full detail but I’m not giving up til I find out who it is, thanks in advance 🫶
