7 year old dog has had various bumps for multiple years - vet says it’s fine?

Evening! My pit mix has 5-6 small bumps varying from warts to fatty tumors to red skin tag looking growths. The first one (a small wart) appeared multiple years ago. Only one was declared big enough to be tested and it had no cancerous cells, and none have changed shape or size outside of when they initially appeared. They never go away. He does have an annual blood panel done which always comes back great.

Our vet always checks them out when he pops in (typically 2-3 times per year), but a new bump has just appeared again and this is a dog I would sell both my kidneys for so I’m just being extremely cautious. Should I ask to have them removed/any other thoughts?

Thank you in advance!
