Tips to hack law school

What's your best tips to hack law school? What I mean is there any short cuts to studying while in law school? Is there anything the student can do to let's say while studying in regular college that will better prepare the student for law school?

Would it be better if I just memorized blacks law dictionary? I'm not asking to da anything like cheating on test etc.

Also when you went to law school what did you think was a waste of time that you did in law school that you said I should have just maybe skipped a few classes and not studied at all.

I hear they a lot of unnecessary electives in law school. My understanding is that what is taught in law school should only take two years not three to four.
