My dog ate a jr. hamburger from Wendy’s

What the title says. He gets food aggressive with meat and we couldn't take it away from him. I'm worried he might throw up and choke. He got it down in two gulps. For reference he's ~60 lbs and pretty big. Golden Doodle with mainly golden features(boxy head, etc). I left the jr. hamburger on the counter to tell my mom a joke when he got it. I feel bad and am worried about him choking if he throws it up. Any advice would be appreciated.
