If we got a Gundam who's self-aware and sentient (by themselves, not a ghost on the machine like phenex and aERIal), what kind of personality would you like for it?

For me, I would be torn between a Gundam that would be mature, serious and with a sense of nobility and justice or a crazy, hyper-violent psychopath, both seem appealing to me.
