confusing energy draining

hi, so i had a situation yesterday where i talked to my coworker about spirituality and what brought her to be a spiritual person and generally some spiritual beliefs and usually whenever i have a conversation like that with someone i feel great and fullfilled and just good vibes all together after it but after that conversation with her yesterday all of my mental energy just drained and i had to take a break from work and go outside to get some fresh air and it's really confusing to me that a conversation like that made that kind of impact on me, does anyone know what could be behind it.
