Placing Anywhere and Item Piles mods crashing my game - Is there anything I can do about it?

Hey guys, managed to get both to work, with all the dependencies etc., but one of these two are crashing my game when I enter/exit buildings.

Is this behavior to be expected from either mods? Is there anything I can do about it?
