Failed First Two Semesters ( I AM COOKED! ) BS CS 24

I didn't study at all in the first semester and got a 1.23 GPA ( IICT: D, PF Lab: F, PF: F, Calc: F, AP: D+, Eng Lab: B+, Isl: C, Eng: A- ).

Then I took PF again in spring, second semester 2025, and didn't give my finals for each subject, I just either didn't appear in finals or just left them blank so yeah, got F/FA in all the courses. ( CGPA: 0.78 )

Didn't apply for summer semester.

My main concerns are:

- Can I repeat all the courses of the first semester all over from the start? Including English courses because I didn't study at all and can surely score better in all.
- How much will my degree be delayed and is there any way possible if I go for the next 3 summers to save my year?
- If I can't repeat Eng grades, can I go for the other ones when I am technically in my 3rd semester, fall 2025, and what will happen to the courses of my 3rd semester, will I have to manage them along with all the ones I am taking again?
- Idk what are the prerequisite courses, but I failed PF, PF Lab, Calc, couldn't take OOP, and Multivariable Calc. So how will my degree work now?

If someone can guide me through all this mess, it will be very much appreciated.
