Sidley or Kirkland (Boston, transactional)

Torn. For an SA position next summer. Kirkland much more prominent in Boston, but both big names. Not certain which corporate practice I want to do. K&E super good PE M&A, Sidley with a quickly growing ECVC practice in the city. Perhaps the smaller size of Sidley (50ish lawyers) would be more manageable and sustainable long-term, but perhaps Kirkland Boston is less of a sweatshop than it’s NY and Chicago offices. No idea what to do.
