Creating guild to counter griefers on DD (Asia Server, Bifrost, Sietch Umbu)

Planning to form a guild to counter hackers and griefers (a police guild, if you will). I'm already at the late duraluminum stage going to jump to plastanium once DD resets next week, so anybody I can help anybody that's progressing to the duraluminum stage with mats and my fabricators.

I'm currently at the Philippines, so primarily play around 10am-6pm Philippine time. If anybody wants to join, just hit me up.
