Finally under 200lb, through Zappy Health's Sema program and it actually feels real now

Started semaglutide through Zappy Health back in February and I’m down 27 lbs as of today! SW was 226, CW is 199, the first time I’ve been under 200 in like 2-3 years. Didn’t fully feel the difference until I looked back at old photos. Wild how gradual it sneaks up.

I’m 5'2” with a GW around 150-145, so still on the journey, but hitting this milestone feels huge. Really grateful I found something that’s actually working, and Zappy made getting started way easier than I expected.
