Enlisted Marine, girlfriend wants to go through with OCS (army). If we’re not married how would this work?

I know it’s illegal to have a relationship with an officer as an enlisted. Would we need to get married before she went to OCS, what is defined as a relationship? If we are just dating will that still be banned?
