Melodic Etude suggestions

Yes, the Rose Etude books have a lot of great slower etudes but they can get a bit heavy on the notes in some sections even for a slower exercise.

I’m looking for etudes that allow me to focus more on more musicality and the quality of my sound. There’s nothing wrong with technical studies, I play them daily, but I also want to work on a rich beautiful sound to benefit all of my playing.

When warming up on lately I’ve been focusing on making a “simple scale” sound lovely. Velocity is practiced separately.
