Video fatigue?

Just wondering if anybody else has dealt with this in their journey and if so, how/if they managed to push through it.

I’m a bit over 200hrs now, and recently I’ve found it’s become somehow much easier to process the language if I don’t ‘watch’ a video, but if I close my eyes or look away and only listen. The only way I can describe it is that it’s like the words suddenly come into focus when I don’t look at the screen, and my brain breathes a sign of relief. It’s not quite the same as the normal Spanish-brain fatigue that happens after a day of too much input - that still happens if I do too much - it’s just always present that I feel generally like I’m processing through mud in my brain while watching the videos now, and it gets better if I take away the visual stimulus. However, obviously, this isn't a great thing to proceed with doing because I’m still early in the process and at a stage where I do need context and visual connections when I encounter new words.

Has anybody else experienced this and if so, does it pass eventually? Did you find any helpful ways to get through it? Thanks in advance!
