Black Matte enamel?

I bought this pan today at Homegoods. It says that it is matt (with no e) enameled. I think that it is, but 1) Homegoods gets rejects sometimes that have defects in the item and/or packaging and 2) it says it is good to 260C which is 500 F which is high for an enameled pan.

Is there a test I can do? Vinegar or tomatoes in the pan cooked to see if anything happens?

The pan is totally flat...the lighting makes it look different in the pic.
