Hotel recommendations for relaxing, coffee and brewery heavy trip?

My husband and I are coming to Portland early August and need a hotel to stay at still! It’s my husband’s bday trip and we plan on keeping it low key with coffee, good food and lots of time at breweries.

Any hotel suggestions? Open to all price points. Location is key! Thanks in advance!
