1070ti getting 120fps on lowest graphics csgo

I use the R5 2600X and lowest settings on csgo and yet I only get 90-150 fps and I feel I should be getting more, in R6 I get 110-160 sometimes, I have no idea if this is just normal or something I’m missing, I have 1 stick of 16GB 3200 mhz ram and a A520M-A Pro, my 1070ti is a dual fan zotac card which is quite used so that might be a factor, I got the r5 2600x second hand too and it seems to run fine at 60% in games and my gpu will stay at 60-70% in games so I have no idea what’s going on.
