OCBC Tuition Fee/Study Loan Repayment Timeline

Hi all, I’m a final-year NUS student and would like to ask seniors who’ve taken the OCBC FRANK Education Loan:

When does NUS typically inform OCBC that I’ve officially graduated? And how long after that does OCBC send the letter with the total loan amount and repayment options?

I called the customer service hotline, but they couldn’t give a clear timeline. I’d like to plan my cash flow in advance for the lump sum or start of repayments.

TL;DR Roughly how many weeks/months after graduation does OCBC: 1. Get notified by NUS of graduation? 2. Send you the loan repayment letter? 3. Start the interest-bearing repayment period?
