Tfsa allocation

So I’ve recently moved about 70k into my Tfsa and going to be using 20k as an emergency fund and 50k invested.. have a work rrsp and personal rrsp as well. Just looking to gain some interest while keeping the funds in the Tfsa somewhat liquid.. thoughts on the 20k sitting or cash.to and the 50 in xeqt? Currently have a bi weekly addition of 1200 into this Tfsa.. until maxed .. and reinvest the dividends quarterly ?
