hi mga phinvestors, question ko lang what are other ways to acquire/buy land thru bank financing na di need ng collateral?

For context, I (27M), planned to purchase a lot for my first property kasi maganda loc, and all pero since wala pa masyado ipon, need ko mag loan for it (MBTC home loan) kasi maliit yung rate kaysa regular loan. Pero need ng other property as collateral which I don't have. Firm ba to na policy like to considerations? Kasi if so, yung personal loan nalang e aavail ko kahit medj higher yung int rate. Btw, I own a MBTC cc for years na with 200k CL and a BPI cc with 100k+ cl, (all in good standing)so mataas ba yung chance na ma approve loan ko or di nagmamatter yun? Tysmmmm
