Hero 13 won't turn on

I bought my hero 13 along with 2 extra batteries, one day I was filming and when I was done for the day I charged it and it refused to turn on no matter what I did after pulling it from the charger. I swapped In an extra battery and that solved the problem, I was able to use it to record multiple times and I charged it successfully when randomly after not using it for a week, the same issue happened again. I finally swapped in my last spare battery and it worked again, I filmed a few videos then it randomly cut out during a motorcycle ride. I turned it back on and it said the camera shut down due to dead battery, however the battery was at 37% still. Now it won't turn on unless I plug it into a computer and charging it doesn't do anything.
