Prime free trial question

I hate it but have reason to sign up. Technology HATES me and I don't want to mess up my account before I even begin. Do I click on where it says "receiving govt benefits?" before accepting the free trial? Or do I just accept the free trial and can add the discounted rate later?

What I don't want to do is accidentally roll over to $15/mo in August when I barely shop and specifically avoid this company. But I don't want to accidentally bypass the free trial if that makes sense.
