Learning to handle urges

I can't work with it anymore. I don't know what's wrong with me. I just want to keep touching and rubbing my kitty all night long. I love it because then I can finally get all naked and hug my stuffie. Wish dada was here to help me out, to calm it down. It must be my hormones going crazy. Anyone else feels like this? Unbearable... 🥺
