Does anyone have the link to the govt looking document with the numbers 55525 or something like that to get rid of pain? There were a few other interesting 'hacks'..

I came across it on here not that long ago, wondering if someone else remembers or has a link.

It was some type of govt looking document that described a few interesting 'hacks'. There was a set of 5 numbers. 22252, 55525 that is supposed to get rid of pain if spoken.

There was something about visualizing the color red to accomplish something challenging.

Also there was a trick to recall things from memory.

Anyone?
