Got Sent a nonreal PDM Haltane by Aurafragrance *this isnt a legitcheck

Wsp, today I opened a package from Aurafragrance, and the cap to the Haltane was destroyed and not attatching, the fragrance had a spring atomizer, and the text was too far portruding, telling me the worst. Should I ask for a refund or an exchange, as I'd assume that they'd be sending me the same batch of fragrances. Thanks so much.
