THIS IS CRAZY!!!

I just found out if you drop a sick kitten off at the Vet because you can’t afford the bills. They can press charges on you. My Sons best friend mom rescues 2 kittens. One died and the other one showing signs of the same sickness. Asked her why you can’t take him to the vet, she doesn’t have money for the bills, Then I said put the car in a crait and drop him off right before they open. She said that’s against the law. WTF! I use to look down on people that dropped cats off in the woods when they can’t care for them. But, Hell. The state promotes that behavior. I would never EVERRR tell anyone to get into the rescuing cats…
