I think Elite scroll boxes are bugged? Or Zulrah is bugged?

Killing Zulrah and noticed my loot tracker was showing I was getting Elite scroll boxes, definitely didn't see them in the loot pile. Looking at the chat box, it just says "clue scroll". ???
