Should I confess?

I have romantic feelings for a friend who I've been getting closer with these past 2 months. Both AFAB and none-binary : I'm 22 and they're 25. Thing is , we're very touchy and we've had sleepovers where we've cuddle a lot but they've also told me they see me as a little brother and tell me a lit about their other crushes. Should I tell them? What good can it bring in these situations?
