How do I access control panel on RUUD-UBHC Heat Pump

This may be a really dumb question, but I'm trying to figure out why my cooling/fan/heat stopped working after quick on/off power outage. I hope it's something easy, like a blown fuse. I figured there would be some sort of panel I can remove on the unit in the attic, but the only panels I see, are really tightly sealed, and don't really seem like they are removable. Before I start prying them off by force I wanted to check here.
