Some advice

Can someone tell me why I try really hard and I've applied for over 100 jobs online and had like 20 interviews. And they all turn me down? I'm having the hardest time to find a job! I'm about ready to give up. It feels so much more personal than business.

Can I get some help with the questions I'm answering in the interviews and how to answer them better?
