Gastric side effects

I was on Janumet (includes metformin) and had been getting intermittent ocorances of diaria but always had foul smelling burps (like rotten food) for 12 hours before. Doctor couldn't find cause.

That went away for about 6 months. Then I added Ozempic and a fiew weeks later I start having near constant mild diaria and foul burps.

Dose this sound constant with side effects? Or is it more likely to be something else?
