AC sudden shutoff

My AC shut off while idle. The AC light went out and the fan stopped blowing. Compressor clutch won’t kick on unless bypassing with a paper clip at the relay. I checked refrigerant and am getting L 50 psi and H 300 psi in 95 degree weather. I tested all relays with 9v battery and multimeter for continuity and all test fine. All fuses are fine too. What would you all recommend as next step.
