Any Outlast Trials communities?

I got the game a month ago and have been playing Solo mostly but have been having an absolute blast! However I was wondering if there was a place where players could group up and do runs such as Psychosurgery and Escalation runs? I've been interested in meeting up with others who also have a blast with the game!

Any tips or advice is greatly appreciated!
