Russian or Ukrainian upbeat pop song form instagram reels

I know this will be vague and I'm extremely sorry. All i remember is that I saw this reel on instagram of the meme of the Minion riding his bike really fast through the forests and lakes and stuff from the one despicable me movie, and there was some sort of Russian or Ukrainian song overlay on the meme template. I then remember the album cover for this song was a zoom in on a blue train car window, and below the window was a yellow stripe. Thank you guys very much in advance, and good luck.
