Course swap unit enrolment in read only mode

I applied for a course swap earlier this semester and got an offer, I've managed to complete the prerequisites and submitted my transcript but I havent gotten any email or notification on oasis of enrolment into the new course at all.

My friend who was also course swapping was able to immediately enrol in units for that same course but I am not able to, if I go to estudent and to enrol in units it just says it will be displayed in read only mode.

Does anyone know whats happening and what I should do, even just knowing I'm not the only one would help a lot.
