Help. Tolerance Issues.

So disclaimer. I just ordered my medical card. Itl be in the mail any day. At this point I know a t break is in order I just don't want to run into this problem again. I just got off of a 5 month t break in March and I'm already crazy insane high on my tolerances to THC, Delta 8, HHC and THC P. I don't smoke. Only take edibles at night. Now absolutely no edibles are working. Vapes not working smokes not working. I need at least 8000 mg to even slightly make me tired. A fraction of this amount used to put me down for days. Now 3 hours later I'll be walking down the street not even red eyes. No feeling at all. Is this a problem with edibles? Like is it normal for my tolerance to go so high so quick? How do I keep this from happening?
