Help for a GPU upgrade

I am trying to upgrade my GPU from 2060super to 5060ti or 9060xt 16gb and my current setup is ryzen 7 5700x + mortar max b450m. Do I need to change the motherboard or can I still use it? I am saving for a new build but if this upgrade works I might save more for a newer and higher build. I will also use the PC for casual gaming and more of on digital art mostly photoshop stuff and wondering if nvidia vs amd which one is good for rendering or maybe productivity tasks. Thank you!
