So I think going back to New York made me a God?

So I just got to the black Tusk part of the story, but it gave me a quest to go to New York because I had The Warlords of New York expansion pack. So I said “Sure might as well go back there. Hopefully, they still remember me from the original division” I went there did the first missing to go to the Haven and when I came back, I had 162 skill points for every specialization and I do not know why and I do not know why. I wondered if it was the 30 level boost I have, but I just leveled up once to level 32 so there’s no way it could be that. Does anyone know what happened for it to give me like 10,000 skill points in total?
