No refund after getting return confirmation on April 6th

It has now been 3 months since I returned an item ~$100 value and I have yet to receive a refund. I initially received an email on April 19th saying “we are taking longer than usual to process your return”. I followed up calling customer service a month later and they confirmed I should get my refund soon. Still nothing…
