Anyone here using Naver Whale- do you know how to disable dark mode for web pages?

It makes pages in the sidebar unreadable for me.

There's a setting labelled "Dark mode on web contents" in appearance settings, but neither option seems to have any affect and I don't understand what the differences are supposed to be anyway. ("Apply to this site?" Which site?)

There's also "#enable-force-dark" in whale://flags but I already have that disabled.

thx
