Elections being cancelled is off the table and it’s fanfiction

Everytime people talk about the 2028 US presidential election or the 2026 midterms, there will ALWAYS be an idiot who says "wE wON't eVEn hAvE aNOtHeR eLeCTiOn". This is fanfiction and anyone who thinks it's a reaslitic scenario is ignorant of civics. States run elections, not the federal government, so it's impossible to rig or cancel them. MAGA supporters under Biden used to say there won't be a 2024 election. If you think h the elections in 2026 and 2028 will be cancelled, you are way tok uninformed and can safely be ignored until you actually do your research on civics instead of spouting delusional fanfiction like that.
