Unfair ban – no one is reviewing my appeal

Hi everyone,

I really need help. My original Roblox account (which I created years ago) was hacked on January 5, 2025. I lost access and couldn’t recover it despite multiple attempts.

Later, I created a new account just to keep playing Roblox fairly, but now that new account has been permanently banned for ban evasion.

I’ve submitted several support forms, explained everything, and included proof of Robux purchases — but I only get automatic responses.

I also emailed appeals@roblox.com, but it turns out they no longer accept direct emails.

I’m being punished for something I didn’t do, and no one is really reviewing my case.

Is there any way to get a real human to look into this? I just want to play fairly again.
