Property questions about warranties

If there is a general warranty deed does that pass down and remain with the land? Somewhere I saw that certain warranties stay with the land. But there’s tons of fact patterns that say the land is conveyed with a general warranty and then the next conveyance is with quit claim. So is the person who gets the conveyance with quit claim protected any by the previous general warranties . Also pls help me to remember the 6 warranties and difference between special warranty and general warranty and any other information in this topic I should know 🥰
