A la Carte pricing

This would be a nightmare to actually do and never will happen but just a thought experiment…

Would anyone be for an a la Carte pricing on every ingredient? Or a price by weight set up?

Considering a fully loaded bowl with everything minus queso/guac would be the same price as one now and any less ingredients would be less cost, how many people would be for it or against it?
