Psychiatric provider in your community
Hi Fargo, please take note of the following statements made by a psychiatric provider in your community. The comments were made in response to a post by someone justifiably concerned about the recent passage of the bill that will almost certainly cause a large proportion of Medicaid recipients to lose their health care. This person is currently in practice, professionally diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. This is what she thinks of the most vulnerable in your community. Of note, she is clearly not the brightest of bulbs, insisting that because her patients are "still on Medicaid," that only "illegals" will be "cut." That's not how it works - the effects of any new law do not become observable overnight. I don't know what the public education system is like there, but I hope the rest of you have at least a grade schooler's understanding of civics. Her name is Ellen Nelson and she is employed at Redeeming Grace Counseling in Fargo.
